Privacy notice

How your information is handled.

This notice explains what personal information Sargra Remote PC Support collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Who is responsible for your information?

Sargra Remote PC Support is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

What information is collected?

Information is collected when you complete a request form, contact the service directly, book an appointment, make a payment or take part in a support session. Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Your preferred name, email address, Discord username and contact preference.
  • Details about your computer, operating system, software, streaming or Discord setup.
  • Your problem description, support goals, PC-build budget, region and parts information.
  • Appointment, communication, payment-confirmation and service records.
  • Basic technical and anti-spam information processed by the website host, Web3Forms or hCaptcha, such as network, browser and security-check data.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in a request form.

Why is the information used?

Your information is used to assess and respond to requests, provide quotes, arrange appointments, deliver support, take payment, keep service records, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

For UK data-protection purposes, the main lawful bases are taking steps at your request before providing a service, performing the agreed service, complying with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in operating and protecting a small support business. Your details are not sold and are not added to a marketing list.

Who processes or receives the information?

Cloudflare hosts this website and the review system. Request forms are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to the [email protected] mailbox provided by Google. This is an @gmail.com Google Account, not a custom-domain Google Workspace mailbox. hCaptcha is used to reduce automated spam. Google therefore processes communications sent to or from the Sargra email account. If your request proceeds, relevant information may also be handled through Google Calendar, PayPal and the communication or remote-support service agreed for the session, such as Discord, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics processes site-use information. The analytics script does not load until you make that choice. The site does not use Google Analytics for advertising or personalised advertising.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems or legal rights.

International processing

Google and some other providers operate globally, so information may be processed in the United States or other countries outside the UK. Google describes its international processing and transfer practices in its privacy information.

The Google Workspace Data Processing Amendment and its business-customer transfer terms are not assumed to apply to this @gmail.com account. Where Sargra is responsible for a restricted transfer, it must identify and document an applicable UK transfer route. That may be UK adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any required transfer assessment. EU Standard Contractual Clauses on their own are not presented here as a complete UK safeguard. You can ask which arrangement applies to a particular service.

How long is information kept?

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. The period depends on whether a request becomes a paid service, whether follow-up support is expected, and whether records must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or other legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the reason your information is used, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information.

You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, email [email protected]. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.

UK residents can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. US residents may contact the relevant state privacy or consumer-protection authority.

Cookies and security

The site stores your analytics choice locally on your device. Google Analytics and its cookies are optional and load only after you select “Accept analytics”. If you reject analytics, the site remains fully usable. hCaptcha and other third-party services may use storage or similar technology where necessary to secure a form or provide a service you choose to use.

Analytics are currently not chosen in this browser. or read the Cookie Policy. Revoking consent prevents future analytics loading and attempts to remove first-party Analytics cookies, but it cannot recall information already sent while consent was active.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, but no website, email or remote connection can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customer reviews

If you submit a review, your chosen name, review text and submission date are stored privately with Cloudflare. You give permission for your name and review to appear publicly by ticking the review form’s permission box. Reviews are never published automatically: Sargra must explicitly approve them first. You can use a first name or display name, and should not include contact details or sensitive information.

A notification containing your name and review is emailed to the Sargra Gmail inbox for moderation. Cloudflare hosts the review database and processes delivery of that notification; Google processes the email. Reviews are assessed for genuine customer experiences, relevance, spam and private information, not simply whether feedback is positive.

Unapproved reviews are removed from the review database after 30 days. Denying a review deletes its name and text from that database immediately. Approved reviews stay published until removed. Email copies and provider backups are separate from the review database and are handled under the retention approach above.

To prevent spam, a short-lived, keyed hash derived from your network address is used to limit submissions; the review database does not store your raw network address. These counters expire within three days. You can withdraw publication permission or request correction or removal by emailing [email protected], identifying the review. Removal from this website cannot recall copies others may already have made.
