Before work begins
You may cancel a booking or paid request before the session or other agreed work begins. Any amount already paid for work that has not started will be refunded in full through PayPal.
You may also ask to move an appointment without an additional charge before the session begins. Please give as much notice as reasonably possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
After work has started
You may ask to stop a remote session or cancel other work at any time. If work has already started, the amount due will reflect the time, work and agreed service already provided. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned where applicable.
For fixed-price PC planning or review work, any refund after work has started will take account of the proportion already completed and delivered.
Completed services and unresolved faults
Remote support includes professional time spent assessing, diagnosing and attempting to resolve the agreed problem. A refund is not automatically due solely because a fault cannot be fixed remotely, provided the agreed service was carried out with reasonable care and the limitations were explained honestly.
If the service was not supplied as described or was not carried out with reasonable care, please get in touch so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate repeat service, price reduction or refund can be considered. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
If Sargra cancels
If Sargra Remote PC Support cannot provide a paid booking or agreed piece of work, you may choose a new appointment or receive a full refund for the part of the service that was not provided.
UK cooling-off rights
If you are a UK consumer buying a service online, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is agreed to cancel without giving a reason.
If you expressly ask for work to begin during that 14-day period and then cancel after work has started, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied. If the service is fully completed during the cooling-off period after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may end once the service has been completed.
These rights are separate from, and are not reduced by, the additional cancellation arrangements offered elsewhere in this policy.
Customers outside the UK
Consumer rights vary between US states and other locations. This policy applies in addition to any rights that cannot legally be excluded in the place where you live.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email [email protected] with your preferred name, the service or appointment date and the email address used for payment. You do not need to provide payment-card details.
A clear email stating that you wish to cancel is sufficient. The time the cancellation message is sent will be used when deciding how much work, if any, had already been supplied.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible and within any deadline required by law. The time taken for the funds to appear after a refund is issued depends on PayPal, the original payment method and the customer’s bank or card provider.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the services, payment arrangements or legal requirements change. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.
